Build
If you want, I build the first one. Then I hand it to your team with documentation.
Fixed fee. Agreed in writing before I start. On-site in Canada and the Gulf. Remote in other countries.

I built all of this inside my own companies first. My staff use it every day. If a system works there, I offer it to clients. If it does not work, I say so.
