Across my businesses I build AI "employees": supervised agents that run office email and quoting, accounting and payment reconciliation, management reporting, and document workflows.
I lead the Translation Agency of Ontario Group, a Canadian certified translation company operating across multiple provinces. I am also building ExpirySafe, a SaaS platform that uses AI to assess document compliance risk and track employee documents.
I work directly with customers and treat support as a product input. I isolate where an automated workflow failed, then turn recurring issues into prompts, knowledge, tools, and product fixes.
