I put AI into the way your company actually works.

Independent consultant for companies in the Gulf and Canada. I come in, find where AI pays for itself, and build it into your workflows: supervised agents, content, documents, reporting. Every engagement starts with a paid audit.

Start here

The AI operations audit

One fixed-fee engagement, one week, one document you can act on. It is the only way I start work, because advice given without looking at your real processes is worth nothing.

01
I look at how the work is really done

Your order intake, quoting, invoicing, document handling, reporting, customer correspondence. Screens, spreadsheets, inboxes, and the people doing the steps.

02
I measure where the time and money go

Volume per process, hours spent, error and rework rate, what already breaks. Numbers first, opinions second.

03
I mark what AI should and should not touch

Honest separation: what an agent can run under supervision, what stays with people, and what is not worth automating at all.

04
You get a costed plan

Three to five candidates ranked by payback, with effort, risk, required access and the order to build them in. Written so your team can execute it without me.

Format. On-site for companies in the UAE and the wider GCC, and in Canada. Remote elsewhere. Typically two to three days with your team, then the written plan. Fee: on request, fixed, and agreed in writing before I start.

After the audit you decide freely: run the plan with your own team, hire someone else, or bring me in to build the first workflow and hand it over. There is no obligation, and the audit is not a sales meeting dressed as a report.

About

An operator, not a slide deck

I am not a consultant who has read about AI. I run companies where AI agents do the work every day, under supervision, with real money and real clients on the line. What I bring to your company is what already survives in mine.

I lead the Translation Agency of Ontario Group, a Canadian certified translation company working across four provinces, where agents handle office email, quoting, payment reconciliation, document workflows and management reporting. I also build ExpirySafe and Docseta, two SaaS products in document compliance.

That means I know the unglamorous half of this work: what breaks in production, how staff quietly go around a bad automation, how much supervision an agent really needs, and which promises about AI do not survive contact with a live business.

What I take on

Whole workflows, not scattered tools

After the audit, these are the pieces I build and hand over, with your team trained to run them.

01
AI employees & automation

Agents that run office, HR, accounting, management, and document workflows.

02
Content and correspondence

Client-facing text, quotes, offers and knowledge bases produced by agents in your voice, reviewed by your people.

03
Prompts & knowledge bases

Recurring issues become prompts, knowledge, tools, and documentation.

04
Process design & controls

Repeatable workflows, human-in-the-loop review, clear documentation.

05
Compliance & document workflows

Document-heavy operations, expiry tracking, and compliance requirements.

Delivery. On-site in the GCC and Canada, remote elsewhere. I work inside your systems, leave documentation your team can maintain, and train the people who will own it after I leave.

Proof

Built and running, not proposed

Everything below runs in my own companies. That is the honest limit of what I can show today: these are my results, not a client list.

Certified translationTop three in Ontario, four provinces
RevenueDoubled in three years
Network40+ linguists, 10 time zones
StandardsATIO, ISO 17100

The order pipeline quotes, takes payment and reconciles it automatically. Each office has its own agent handling email and client questions. Management reporting, document translation drafts and compliance checks run the same way. This is the environment where I learn what actually holds.
